Dear Ktula:

First - I tried to leave a comment on your Garlic Jim's post and the site won't let me, so I am leaving it here and hoping you'll still get it.

I’m the Director of Local Marketing at Garlic Jim’s and I am very sorry about your experience at one of our restaurants last night. As I told your friend on her blog, our goal is to exceed our customers’ expectations both in service and food quality and it sounds as though we failed on both accounts.

I assure you that the wings and pizza you received last night is not our norm, and I’d like to send you a gift certificate so you can (hopefully) give us another try.

Not all our pizzas contain garlic, but those that do normally have a very generous portion. Our hand-thrown (thick) also does not contain garlic but our thin crust does.

Thanks for reading – please forward your address so I can send a gift certificate.

Best regards,

Ross Marzolf
Director of Local Marketing

Remember "Rainier BBQ" serves not BBQ but Vietnamese food? Same logic applies to here. The name of the restaurants don't always reflect what type of food they serve.
