iPhone launch party crasher?

While i was waiting in line last Friday outside the Apple Store at the University Village for iPhone, a flatbed truck carrying a big ass billboard for Verizon drove around the area several times right in front of all the people waiting in line.
Sour grape, may be? Thank goodness the deal with Apple and Verizon did not go through, otherwise, i may have to switch to using a CDMA-based phone. Argh…even the thought of that disgusts the hell out of me.
