Memorial weekend in Vancouver with friends from KC

My ex-roommate Tim and his wife Lee Meng, and Sin Yee came over to Seattle to visit me. I took them to Vancouver during the memorial weekend. I was expecting some serious traffic at the border but surprisingly, we probably waited for no more than 15 minutes. Even the normally busy Stanley Park was relatively empty on Saturday. Of all my trips to Stanley Park, i have to say this is the only one where i could find parking spots everywhere in the park. Even the trip back to Seattle was extremely smooth, not much waiting at the border.
