Thecus N2100 version 2.1 firmware is released. Get it here.
According to Thecus, these are the new features:
- Added AFP 3.0 file service for Mac OS 8.6 / 9 / X. (Yeah!!!)
- Added AppleTalk network support.
- Changed SWAP mechanism from swap file to swap partition.
- Added file system check function when user power on the NAS with reset button pressed and held for more than 10 seconds.
- Added Gigabyte GN-Wl01GS Mini-PCI WLAN card support (RaLink RT2561ST based).
- Improved WebDisk performance while there are lots of files in a folder.
- Added EXIF support in photo web server.
- Added slide show function in photo web server.
- Added Windows XP file/folder publish support in photo web server.
