68% of Israeli Jews would refuse to live in same building as an Arab

According to this article on Haaretz, based on a poll conducted by the Geocartographia, 68% of Israeli Jews would refuse to live in the same building as an Israeli Arab. Blogging in the Middle East has summarized the result of the poll. So what does this say about the only “democracy” in the Middle East? Oh wait, Israel (and its die-hard supporters) can no longer claim that it is the only “democratically-elected” government in the Middle East – Hamas won the recent Palestinian election by a huge margin.
