My Response to New York Daily News’s Editorial on 07/14/2001

This article is written in response to the totally one-sided, pro-Israel editorial titled “Sometimes, You have to Take Sides“, which appeared on the New York Daily News on July 14th 2001. I emailed my response to voicers@edit.nydailynews.com on July 15th, but i seriously doubt they will publish it.
Dear New York Daily News editors,
It’s obvious which side you are taking in your editorial article titled “Sometimes, You Have to Take Sides” published on July 14th 2001. Your one-sided, pro-Israel opinion does not even come close to describing what’s happening in the on-going conflict. Have you ever imagined what is it like to be in a Palestinian’s shoe in the occupied territories? Without mentioning the background in the current conflict, your article does not do justice to the Palestinians. Yes, if you do not remember, the Palestinians are human beings too, with flesh and blood, just like you and me.
